Shipping Policy

How does shipping work?

We ship with Australia Post to Australia and New Zealand. Orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after leaving our warehouse.

For orders to the United States, we ship via Australia Post, which hands over to USPS for final delivery. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days once dispatched. Tracking is provided.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Australia Post will also send a follow-up email confirming your order is on its way. If tracking doesn’t update immediately, don’t worry—scans may take up to 24 hours to appear.

For pre-sale items, shipping times are 2-8 business days from the specified “sent” date.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, please contact us. Note: If you accept safe drop, we are not responsible for lost packages.
